Abstract:As human beings step into the era of “Intelligence plus”, the war generated by information and intelligent technology is showing the development trend of physical, cyber and social system interaction and co-existence. In this paper, the concept of “Mosaic Warfare” is analyzed in detail. Starting from the concept of “Mosaic Warfare” threat challenge, taken contemporary mixed wars and military operations other than wars as traction, based on parallel intelligence as the core, from the perspective of complexity science and system science, a parallel intelligent network-information framework covering “Combat cloud, Internet of mind, Edge computing, Unmanned cluster system” is proposed. And then the solution of intelligent countermeasures in key areas such as command and control at the system level and intelligence confrontation in the cognitive domain is put forward, which provides enlightenment and reference for the future construction of systems of network-information systems, especially the development of intelligent countermeasures in command and control and intelligence confrontation.
