Abstract: Referring to Western decision loop theory, combined with our military combat command process, through the analysis and comparison of related elements, characteristics, the paper constructed a PLA operational command decision ring model under the information-based condition. Some key problems in the combat command were preliminarily analysed, confirming the practicability and necessity of the model.
