Abstract: In allusion to the limitation of Lanchester's equation to illustrate information warfare, the improved version analyzed the main factors which affect the combat capability most, set up a simplified model of extended OODA, and designed a information warfare model in consistent with information advantage, decision advantage, psychological factors, synergistic factors, which provided a basic method to illustrate the combat capability, and it provided great reference value and theoretical support for the battlefield analysis and command decision.
