    基于专家可信度的指挥能力评估方法

    Evaluation Method of Command Capability Based on Expert Credibility

    • 摘要: 指挥能力评估通常采取定性与定量相结合的评估方法, 定性评估的客观性直接影响评估结果的可信度. 为了更加客观合理地评价指挥人员指挥能力, 首先建立了指挥能力的评估指标和标准, 其次建立了基于专家权威度、客观可信度和判断把握度三位一体的专家可信度模型, 并利用该模型实现了评估指标体系权重的修正和评估末端指标的确定. 评估数据处理表明, 该方法使得综合评估结果进一步消除了专家主观因素影响, 提高了评估结果的客观性和可信度.

       

      Abstract: Evaluation of command capability usually adopts combinations of qualitative and quantitative methods. The objectivity of qualitative evaluations directly affects the credibility of evaluation results. In order to evaluate the commander command capability more scientifically and reasonably, we first set up evaluation indices and standards of command capability. Secondly, an expert reliability model based on expert authority degree, objective credibility and certainty degree is established. The index weight correction of evaluation index systems and the determination of the end index are achieved using the model. Evaluation data show that, the method makes results of the comprehensive evaluation further eliminate the influence of subjective factors of experts and improves the objectivity and credibility.
