Abstract: On planning of the networking information-centric system of systems, the current main architecture is enterprise architecture, and this framework describes the system structure from the business, system and technical point of view. Such methods still remain in the field of how to define the development architecture, without considering the dynamic evolution of the system of systems and the emerging behavior of the system in decision-making and interaction. A single system on the overall capacity of the system of systems is lack of control. The problem between the association and the result is pointed out, and the evolution of the relationship between proposed information is analyzed. The paper provides a means for progress capability of networking information-centric system of systems.
