Abstract: Networked operation system of systems is the effective combination of weapon, equipment, and force. In this research, both nodes' properties and network characteristics are taken into consideration to analyze the formation of effective operation ability. Based on the theory of cascade failure in complex networks, this paper computes the targets solution by adopting multi-objective optimization, which can lead to the largest decrease of ability under some constraints. The methods and theory proposed in this paper can guide the selection of key targets in decision-making.
