Abstract: Based on the description of the mode of the over-the-horizon (OTH) anti-ship missile operation and the working principle of homing radar, a simulation model of anti-ship missile homing radar scanner is proposed. The consequences of different indicators such as target scatterance, missile velocity are obtained through Monte Carlo simulation. And interactions between technical performance indicators and the probability of success detection moving targets are analyzed and concluded, then the key indicator is identi¯ed. The conclusion can provide a reference of the design, operational application of homing radar.
