Abstract: A topology evolution model of Command and Control information networks based on complex networks theory is presented in this paper, according to the analysis of engineering performances of information networks. Based on simulation, the in°uence of engineering performances of information networks is analyzed, which is beneficial to the topology construction of information networks.
