Abstract: The development context, characteristics, and classification of the cluster attack and defense combat are analyzed, and the concept and connotation of equivalent verification are sorted out. Then training evaluation methods of the command and control system applied to cluster attack and defense combat scenarios are summarized. Finally, the verification frameworks of several typical command and control systems are presented.
