Operational Command Intelligence Cultivation: A Hybrid Intelligence Based Method

Abstract:Command intelligence in the broad sense has experienced a long time research. Traditional methods of operational Research and Expert Systems are difficult to apply to operational command domain with a high artistic composition. On the other hand, it is difficult to achieve practical levels in the short term by applying emerging technologies such as Knowledge Graph, Intelligent Game, to solve the problems in the vertical domain of operational command . Inspired from commonly used human learning method of “tutors and apprentices”, this paper puts forward the idea of cultivating operational command intelligence based on hybrid intelligence method. From 2 technical routes of knowledge learning and game learning, solutions were proposed respectively, and the key technologies were pointed out. It has certain guiding significance for the development of operational command intelligentce.
