Abstract: In order to realize the evaluation of cyberspace command training e ects in the context of specific operational scenarios, based on the researches on command training theory in cyberspace operations, a cognitive framework for command training evaluation is given, the evaluation principles are determined by comparison with traditional operational domains, and the evaluation index system is established from trainer, trainee, and command information system. Meanwhile, the conceptual connotation of each evaluation element is analyzed, laying a theoretical foundation for building evaluation models and studying evaluation methods further.
