Abstract: In the age of big data, Open Source intelligence (OSint) is hard to grasp. This paper proposes an ASKE engine based framework to acquire and analyzes open source intelligence. To validate the utility of this framework, the latest five years papers which were published in 19 domestic core journals as a data set to make a test is used. Not surprisingly, the result comes out to be as expected: this approach can quickly and comprehensively obtain useful intelligence which includes hot research areas, key researchers, key research institutes, social network of researchers, knowledge map and so on.
