Abstract: The command and control (C2) system needs to solve the states of unified management and maintenance, which is composed by a lot of heterogeneous and distributed deployment sub-systems. A new framework of self-recombination of services, which is based on Business Process Execution Language (BPE), has been proposed. It has provided the monitoring service of the sub-systems, and as the same times , it also provided the help service downloading, deploying, activating, and releasing automatically, when some sub-systems cannot work . The framework is an effcient and e®ective for self-recombination of service for C2.
