Abstract With the data transmission requirements of shipborne measuring tasks and the development of the 5th-Generation mobile networks (5G), based on the principle of communication stability, the communication system design requirements are summarized and a system architecture is established. From the perspective of engineering application, the reasonable system composition is analyzed, and the key points of design are discussed. Moreover, a typical application case in offshore defense is described. This communication system provides stable and fast data transmission capabilities for the construction of the future marine measuring system.
