Abstract In the future, Mosaic Warfare needs intelligent support of command decision-making and dynamic combination management of heterogeneous combat resources, so as to realize commander decision-making information, intelligent advantages and efficiency and real-time performance of execution and control of combat resources. This paper designs a jigsaw computing system from the perspective of the interaction between decision and control, and makes full use of recursive structure to reduce the complexity of computation, communication and control. The highly dynamic mode of Mosaic Warfare is realized in two levels: the dynamic combination of combat resources and the formation of changeable combat capability are realized by using recursive structure; the recursive structure is used to realize the autonomous execution and automatic control of combined combat resources and reduce the workload of command and decision makers at the operational level.
