Abstract Based on scale correlation of command and control (C2) process mechanism, the difference about basic attribute of command and control between micro-military system and macro-military system is analyzed in physical domain, information domain, and cognition domain. C2 behaviors of macro operation systems of system are analyzed with special stress, which include C2 closed loop, cooperation across domain, interactive across level, and dynamic evolution process. Based on planning-readiness-execution-assessment (PREA) loop, the mechanism of command and control process is represented as multi-domain multi-loop, interlink with levels, simultaneously and asynchronous. The mechanism of defeat one’s opponent with command and control confrontation is preferred stabilization to speed, preferred continuance to quick and sudden assaults, and accumulating effect.
