Abstract：Based on the development of Command and Control with mechanical, electrical, information, and network technologies, we propose a concept and related theory, method, architecture and process for intelligent command and control with parallel systems, i.e., CC 5.0. The key idea is parallel through virtual-real duality, supported by ACP method and Cyber-Physical-Social systems, as infrastructure, accomplished by tasks of intelligent army, smart management, and social intelligence, and ¯nally, integration of personnel information, equipment, and mission. Parallel command and control enables agility with knowledge, focus by experiments, and convergence with feedback and precision.
