    基于GIS 的航天指挥辅助决策平台研究

    The Study of Aerospace Command Decision-making Platform Based on GIS

    • 摘要: 针对国产化平台的使用需求和指挥信息系统的安全性要求, 研究设计了基于国产GIS 软件的自主可控航天指挥辅助决策平台. 利用面向全国路网模型的路径优化选择方法, 解决了多席位、多角色协同服务的作业标绘; 使用基于SGP4 轨道计算模型和侦查范围计算模型, 实现了卫星过境预报态势展现. 平台具有路径优化选择、协同作业标绘、卫星过境预报、多形式态势展现等功能, 可为指挥员决策提供安全、有价值的分析数据和任务信息.

       

      Abstract: Abstract Aiming at the security requirement of command information system and domestic platform, the aerospace command decision-making platform was built under the independent and controllable condition based on do- mestic GIS software. Using the method of path optimization selection by integrating the path planning and the national road network model, the plotting work about coordination service of multiple seat and multiple role was solved, and based on SGP4 orbit and investigation scope calculation model, transit forecast of satellite was realized. The platform has the function of optimization path selection, coordination plotting work, satellite investigation scope and multi-mode situation display. Thus the platform can provide the valuable analytical data and task information for the decision of commanders.
