Abstract:To solve the problem of selecting the combination of resources to build the agile command and control (C2) system, the method based on grey relevance analysis was proposed. Firstly, the attributes descripting the plan for building the C2 system were defined. Then the weight of each attribute is obtained using the entropy weight. The similarities between each plan and “the optimal attribute” were calculated using grey relevance analysis. Furthermore, the plan having the maximum similarity was selected. Finally, the method is validated in an application.
