    导弹防御指挥控制与作战管理系统研究

    Research on Missile Defense Command, Control and Battle Management System

    • 摘要: 针对导弹防御系统指挥控制与作战管理问题, 研究了美国导弹防御系统的指挥控制作战管理通信系统的基本情况、功能组成及未来发展重点问题. 提出了导弹防御指挥控制与作战管理系统的基本方案设想, 方案包括数据融合、协同作战管理、一体化指挥控制、支持系统4 个组成部分, 并详述了系统功能. 分析了导弹防御指挥控制与作战管理系统建设的作战态势感知、多源数据融合与弹道预报、拦截协同作战管理、资源优化配置与动态规划4 个关键技术.

       

      Abstract: The command, control and battle management (C2BM) system for missile defense system is studied. The command, control, battle management and communication system for american missile defense system is introduced, including the brief status, the functional components and the future development emphases. The C2BM system scheme is proposed, which consist of 4 sub-systems: data fusion, coordinated battle management, integrated command and control, support system, and addressed the sub-system function. The 4 key technologies are analyzed for the C2BM system0s development, which are the battle situation awareness, the multi-source data fusion and trajectory forecasting, the interception coordinated battle management, the resources optimized con¯guration and dynamic programming.
