摘要: 以美国核打击作战计划的制订为例, 详细阐述了作战计划制定的过程. 分析了作战任务规划系统的体系结构, 描述了各要素的组成. 最后, 从范畴、组成、机制、手段、方法、内容、时机、评估等方面提出了作战任务规划建设运用的启示.

Abstract: This paper, taking the United States nuclear strike planning as an example, describes its procedure in details. It further analyzes the architecture and elements of planning system. Finally, some inspirations including scope, composition, mechanism, means, methods, content, timing, and evaluation of operation planning are proposed.
