Abstract: In order to develop joint mission planning systems, this paper uses the methods of complex systems engineering, to research the general fundamental framework structure, the functional structure, the infrastructure platform, the general framework application pattern design, planning model building process and model library building process. The fundamental principles, functional component and framework structure, operation organization model framework structure in joint mission planning are proposed.
