Abstract: Aiming to the lack of evaluation measures to the marine environment monitoring system construction scheme optimization, and improvement measures0 e®ect of the existing monitoring system is di±cult to evaluate, etc. Introduces the concept of parallel marine environment monitoring systems, puts forward the framework of parallel marine environment monitoring systems, and suggests the ideas applied to evaluate the effect and scheme optimization. The practice shows that the parallel marine environment monitoring systems can achieve the optimal combination of multiple schemes, and bring about scientific and reasonable improvement plans for the mission requirements of the existing monitoring system.
