Abstract: The visualized and intelligible operational plan must be set up for winning the information war. Using the theory of command and control engineering, this paper established the model for three views of joint operation planning based on UML with object-oriented analyzing and programming method. By modeling the whole process about three views from demand analysis to design, it has built up normalized description on visualization views in command and control applications. It provides a good foundation for the improvement and innovation of the military command and control means.
