Abstract：To better understand the essence of the development of electromagnetic spectrum warfare, the concept of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is deeply analyzed through the study of the development status of electromagnetic spectrum warfare, and the development motivation of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is analyzed from the aspects of the pattern of operation, operational environment and technological innovation. The core content of the development of electromagnetic spectrum warfare is analyzed from the aspects of the pattern of operation, field integration, decision support, technological innovation and equipment means. And the proposal of the system construction and capacity improvement of electromagnetic spectrum warfare are proposed, which can provide reference guidance for obtaining the advantages of electromagnetic spectrum in the preparation of military struggle in the new period and in the future
information warfare.
