Abstract: It is crucial for future C2 network development to solve the current security issues fundamentally, and establish the secure and controlled C2 network. Firstly, related concepts about C2 network are elaborated in the broad and narrow sense. Secondly, basic concept, related theory and practical system of controlled network are introduced. Lastly, as the security cornerstone of C2 network, controlled network is discussed and it would be the inevitable choice for C2 network in the future. The research result can provide guiding significance for recent security issues solution and future security establishment of C2 network.
