Abstract: Command and Control System(CCS)is a critical element in the system of systems operations based on information system Data distribution services (DDS) is the importation content of CCS which is the bridge to contact battlefield node and operational unit. In this paper the characters of CCS are researched, and the system requirements in the future are brought forward Then the framework of CCS based on DDS is designed, and its prototype system is realized.
