    面向网络信息体系的人与多机制整合指挥控制模型

    A Command and Control Model with Human and Multi-Mechanism Integration Based on Networking Information-Centric System of Systems

    • 摘要: 鉴于 “以人为中心” 是指挥控制对群体性活动进行资源调度和操控的本质, 网络信息体系是现代信息化和未来智能化指挥控制系统建设的基础支撑. 综合经典指挥控制模型优势和人机交互概念, 结合 “机制” 的内涵, 面向指挥控制功能侧面构建网络信息体系下人与多机制整合的指挥控制概念模型 (HMMI). 对该模型中各机制要素、要素关系及所有各类技术和方法进行详细阐述, 从指挥控制基本原理和功能实现上对 HMMI 的特性进行了分析, 并简要探讨人工智能技术对 HMMI 中各机制演化的助推作用.

       

      Abstract: “Human-centered” is the essence of command and control (C2) to dispatch and operate resources for group activities. The networking information-centric system of systems (NISs) is the foundation of constructing modern information and future intelligent C2 system. In view of this, integrating the advantages of classic C2 model and human-mechanism interaction concept and combining the connotation of “mechanism”, a new NISs-based C2 conceptual model, i.e. human and multi-mechanism integration (HMMI) model, is proposed according to the facets of C2 functions. The elements relations and various technologies and methods of each mechanism are elaborated in details. Finally, the characteristics of HMMI are analyzed from the basic principle and function realization, and the impact of artificial intelligence technology on HMMI mechanisms are briefly discussed.
