Abstract: In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to test the combat effectiveness of equipment system of systems by traditional equipment test, the concept of virtual-real integration test is expounded in this paper. The system structure of virtual-real integration test of equipment system of systems is designed from the view of business view, capability view and system view, in order to deepen the understanding of the theory and method of equipment test. It provides reference and reference for the research of equipment system of systems test.
