Abstract: Mosaic warfare is a decision-centric concept of system operation forces design. By flexibly reorganizing combat forces, mosaic warfare creates adaptability for oneself and complexity or uncertainty for the enemy. Analyzes the essence of the concept of mosaic warfare, and designs a cooperative operation system based on the concept of mosaic warfare. Explore the key technologies of the system construction from three aspects: complex environment oriented high reliable and secure communication, resource management and scheduling based on open architecture, autonomous decision-making and intelligent task planning based on collaboration. It can provide a reference for the research of distributed cooperative operation system.
