Abstract: The decision-centric warfare aims at great power competition and intends to take the artificial intelligence and the unmanned systems as the key to improve the operational effectiveness of the US army, so as to promote the transformation from informationcentric to decision-centric. The decision-centric warfare is highly compatible with the development needs of intelligentization and systematization, which is crucial to preoccupy advantages of the command and control. Therefore, in order to build decision advantage, the construction of our defense system should closely refer to the development of the decision-centric warfare.
