Abstract: Aming at the problem of satellite communication system's effectiveness evaluation in the operation field, an assessment indicator system constructing thinking based on the "Four-Domain" concept is proposed. Combined the structure, function, and performance of the satellite communication system, the effectiveness evaluation assessment indicator system is divided into physical domain, information domain, recognition domain. And social domain, and a concrete assessment indicator system has been constructed to support the effectiveness evaluation satellite communication system, which can provide a new and more integrative frame and foundation for the design of satellite communication effectiveness evaluation assessment system indicator system.
