Abstract：Cooperation of swarm systems is an important kind of swarm intelligence, which is the key research field of the new generation of artificial intelligence. Swarm systems can be regulated and controlled by the methods of pinning control, PID control and distributed observer design, so as to emerge swarm intelligence. Firstly, the research backgrounds and significance of cooperative control of swarm systems are introduced. Then, the research progress of three typical control approaches in cooperative control of swarm systems is described. Finally, the future development trends and the next work directions of cooperative control technology of swarm systems are put forward.
