Abstract:
Battlefield Information Exchange Language (BIEL) can support the exchange of standardized information between command and control systems, modeling and simulation systems, and autonomous unmanned systems, and improve the efficiency of operations in joint operations, including training, planning and mission execution. A unified development framework is proposed to identify and track needs and changes and to guide BIEL throughout the development process. Then, the differences between BIEL and C-BML are analyzed. The research results are significant for promoting the interoperability of mili tary information systems, improving their automation and intelligence, and improving their ability to win information warfare.
