Abstract: Towards the systems integration problems existed in platform, data, function and presentation integration of independent controllable operational test C4I(Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence)system, a system-architecture and layered based systems integration method is introduced in this paper. In this method, system architecture provides a unified framework which supports the continuity of the operational test C4I system, and the layered integration oriented platform layer, data layer, function layer, presentation layer can guarantee the integration efficiency. The application of the operational test C4I system demonstrates the effectiveness of the systems integration.
