Abstract: With the wide application of command information systems, especially the rapid development of network technology, the networking feature of C2 system-of-systems (SoS) is more and more obvious. There are two major problems for modeling C2 SoS, which are how to build networking simulation model and networking assessment model. For these two issues, we proposed the method of multidimensional dynamic information network model and the method of networking assessment model based on the theory of network of networks. A prototype system for analyzing and evaluating C2 SoS was also built. Experimental results proved the correctness of these two models.
