Abstract: Facing the changes of big data command and control in the later information age, the basic connotation and concept for the development of command and control are analyzed; the ontology conceptual model of big data command and control has been proposed based on the theory of "Three Worlds". Further more, the content of big data command and control is researched, with the deepening of understanding for big data command and control nature.
