Abstract:
With the development of miniaturized, unmanned, and intelligent weapon platforms, new operation patterns in which the units are highly decentralized and flexibly combined will come into being, such as manned/unmanned cooperative operations, unmanned swarm autonomous operations. They will pose new challenges to traditional tactical communication networks. Based on analysis of characteristics of emerging intelligent operation patterns and the new demands faced by tactical communications, this paper proposes a novel intelligent tactical information network, named as the Tactical Scenario Internet, characterized with network scenario cognitive capability, supporting high decentralization, flexible maneuverability, dynamic combination and autonomous coordination of operation function elements. Its conceptual connotation, mechanism of action, capability characteristics, and key technologies are expounded in this paper.
