Abstract: On the implementation of joint operation command and control, the control thought of three command and control methods via classical control theory are analyzed, and the corresponding control methods in engineering are pointed out. The key links of three methods are given according to the characteristics of related control methods in engineering. The key issues concerned by the command agencies at all levels are presented in the process of implementing joint operation command and control.
