Abstract: To win the decision-making advantage, mosaic warfare and edge warfare as the times require. Edge command and control （C2）is an inevitable choice to effectively use the force design principle of mosaic warfare and realize the concept of edge warfare. By analyzing the information transmission process of C2, a new concept of decision fusion is proposed. Based on the concept of decision fusion, the organizational structure of edge C2 and the organizational structure combining centre and edge C2 are proposed. The example proves that those C2 organizational structures are scientific and feasibility.
