摘要: 针对敏捷指挥控制的需求, 提出了一种区块链赋能的跨域服务及其实现方法. 将区块链平台作为基础设施, 赋能资源共享、 动态授权、 指令监管和自动执行 4 类核心服务, 支撑各类节点扁平化跨域安全信息共享与自主协同, 结合典型场景进行了性能分析. 资源共享服务实现数据确权和跨域流转跟踪, 在保障各参与方数据权益的条件下安全共享数据;动态授权服务借鉴交易系统的 “价值转移” 模式, 采用“权限转移” 模式实现灵活安全的权限下放与转移, 解决传统指挥控制授权中层级步骤繁多的问题; 指令监管服务实现指挥控制命令的安全存储与监管, 支撑权限动态转移场景下的行为监控与复盘审计; 自动执行服务通过智能合约技术提高作战场景, 特别是智能无人作战中的协同行动速度.Abstract: Aiming at the demand of agile command and control, a cross domain service and its implementation method has been proposed,which takes the blockchain platform as the infrastructure to enable four core services: resource sharing, dynamic authorization, instruction supervision and automatic execution, supporting various nodes securely sharing information and autonomous collaboration. Its performance has been analyzed in typical scenarios. The resource sharing service realizes data copyright and tracks data flow across different domains, and shares data securely under the condition of guaranteeing data copyright and interests of all participants. The dynamic authorization service introduces in "value transfer" mode of the trading system to utilize the "authority transfer" mode, which can realize flexible and secure authority delegation and transfer solving the problem of various levels and steps in the traditional command and control authorization. The instruction supervision service realizes secure storage and supervision of the command, which supporting the behavior monitoring and reaudit in the context of dynamic authority transfer. Automatic execution service improves the speed of cooperative action in combat scenarios, especially in intelligent unmanned combat through smart contract technology.
