Abstract:The feature of multi-domainal and multi-dimensional combat of the modern war requests Command Information System better adaptive and recovery capabilities in the face of furious and complicated operational environment. Based on the research of general resilience, the concept of resilient Command Information System is presented, the mechanism named "Four- adaptivity "(adaptive structure, adaptive function, adaptive information service, adaptive protection) of construction of resilient Command Information System is established. And then an implementation method is introduced based on the idea of software defined system.
