Abstract: This thesis explains the connotation of combat cloud, and analyses its characteristics and development requirements. It elaborates the combat cloud System architecture of "one network, two services and three applications" within which the author presents The “Oaas" concept of ”Organization as a service" Based on this, the author raises the “five-tier" combat cloud Technical architecture. The Operation architecture which contains four modes combat cloud applications are suggested.
