Abstract: Aiming at the construction problems of time sensitive target attack operational system, a time sensitive target classification method based on the perspective of kill chain is expounded. The concept of strike windows of superiority for time-sensitive targets is put forward, a kill chain closed-loop valuation criterion is proposed, and a kill chain design method based on operational scenarios is designed. The construction of order-type strike kill chain in Russia-Ukraine conflict is taken as an example, and the key links and design process of the above methods are explained.
