Abstract: Security threats which command and control network faces are analyzed, and related concepts and models of network security control are discussed. The architecture of network security system is described in four ways: net- work security control requirements service, mechanism and technology. Model architecture of network security control is established. Credible and controllable security architecture, establishing technology, modeling simulation technology and performance evaluation technology of command and control network are proposed, Finally, active defense, dynamic protection and other research emphasis are provided.
