Abstract：C2(Command and Control) process model is an important component of C2 model architecture. In order to fulfill the needs of constructing C2 process model in information warfare, several work have been done as list fellow. Firstly, the existing drawbacks are analyzed such as describing more by natural language, less by formal expression, paying more attention to process states , ignoring the process evolution , and so on. Secondly, new generation C2 process model are designed, and the model architecture are proposed, thirdly the model are constructed by OODA and Agent technology, lastly some heuristic suggestion are given. As a result, it can solve drawbacks, and the model characteristic is fit for information warfare. It benefits modeling new generation C2 model of our troop.
