Abstract: In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional analysis and evaluation methods of C2 organizational structure, which are based on designing missions in advance and are difficult to adapt to the complex and changeable battle situation, the analysis and evaluation method of C2 organizational structure supported by kill chain is proposed. Based on the kill chain, this method analyzes the decision-making entities and combat platforms in C2 organizational structure, so as to analyze and evaluate the overall effectiveness of C2 organizational structure. The experiments show that the method can reflect the influence of different C2 organizational structure on the whole combat system, and it can provide support for the application of agile C2 system.
