Abstract:The characteristics of precision, fast speed and globalization of modern warfare and the fast-paced and high-intensity confrontation environment make it inevitable to use machine intelligence to make assist decision-making. As the machine intelligence is not complete enough and cannot perform independent decision-making without humans in ethical aspetcts. The concept of human-machine fusion is proposed and a situation cognition model based on human-machine fusion is designed. Flexible knowledge base, dynamic adjustment division of labor and other technologies are used, the better combined utilization of human-machine intelligence is realized.
