Abstract: Focused on the demands of the all-domain operation, the new shape of war, the new paradigm of command and control and the new thrusts of technologies are analyzed. Then, the basic elements, the application architecture and the key capabilities of all-domain operation command information system are proposed. Concentrated on the construction of all-domain command information system, the five core pillars are proposed, i.e., DevSecOps, artificial intelligence, digital modeling, test simulation, ubiquitous network. For each specific pillar, the role of it in all-domain command information system is expounded, and the key measures to form the support capabilities are presented.
