摘要: 考虑具有能量约束的云控制系统, 其仅可对部分信道添加随机扰动以保护隐私. 采用互信息作为系统的隐私度量, 并采用随机扰动造成的估计性能损失作为约束构建优化问题以描述系统的目标. 为了获得最优的隐私保护机制, 将该优化问题转化为一个凸优化问题和一个 0-1 规划问题并求解, 分别得到了最优的扰动方差与扰动添加调度策略. 通过数值仿真, 验证了最优隐私保护机制的有效性.Abstract: The cloud control system with energy constraint is considered. The stochastic disturbance is added to only a partial of channels to protect privacy. Mutual information is used as the privacy measurement of the system. An optimization problem is constructed to describe the system targets with the estimation performance loss caused by the stochastic disturbance as the constraints. To get the optimal privacy mechanism, the optimization problem is transformed to a convex optimization problem and a 0-1 programming problem. The optimal variance of the disturbance adding and the privacy addition and scheduling policy can be obtained respectively by solving the above two problems. The effectiveness of the optimal privacy protection mechanism is verified by the numerical simulation.
